I came to yoga later in life after many years of staying active by caring for and riding horses. When I eventually discovered yoga, it became a lifeline during an extremely challenging period—offering both a physical outlet and a much-needed emotional escape.

These benefits inspired me to share yoga with others, and I immersed myself in teacher training, completing a 300-hour course with Feel Hot Yoga in Watford in 2024. The study of movement (asanas), anatomy, and philosophy sparked a passion for ongoing learning, and I continue to attend workshops, courses, and classes with teachers who have deep experience and insight.  Yoga is, for me, a life long journey, and after 7 years, I still remain the eternal student.  Most recently, I completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training course, and I’m excited to share this knowledge with you.

My approach to yoga is practical and accessible—focused on alignment, the structure of the asanas, and how each posture feels in your body. I believe in keeping things simple, mindful, and effective, whilst offering modifications for all levels of student.

Movement has always been part of my life, having trained in dance from a young age.  This passion let me to pursue a BSc in Dance Science, which deepened my knowledge of anatomy and the relationship between movement and wellbeing.  Whilst navigating injury and chronic illness I found my way to yoga.  The practice offered me a new form of strength, rooted in mindfulness, curiosity and compassion and I knew I wanted to share this experience with others.  I travelled to India in 2024 and complted my 200 hour Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, spending a month immersed in traditional practice and learning so much about the philosophy and physicality of Yoga.  I am passionate about creating classes that honour the roots of yoga, unifying the mind, body and spirit and moving with intention.
